It was an honor to present to the All Staff Meeting at Winfield Senior Living to be able to remind them how important they are in the lives of the dear senior citizens they are caring for. It is healthy to reflect on our “why” we chose our professions, especially when we face challenging times. My mantra was:

IF WE WANT THINGS TO CHANGE, THEN WE HAVE TO CHANGE!
